Shipping and Returns

Your pack shipment

Packages are generally dispatched within 2 days from the date of the order and sent by Courier, we propose two rates:

• Slow Shipping, cheapest rate but it takes more time
• Fast Shipping, fare less economical but with shorter delivery times

For some destinations, could be presented only one type of shipment.

We can make shipments in the following countries: Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Cyprus, Denmark, Czech Republic, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Great Britain, Greece, Ireland, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal , Monaco, Romania, Slovenia, Slovakia, Spain, Hungary, Sweden..

Shipping charges includes the cost of packaging and postage. The costs of packaging are fixed, transport fees vary according to the total weight of the shipment. We advise you to group your items in one order. We can not group two distinct orders placed separately, and it will be applied different charges to each. Special care is taken to protect fragile objects.

Boxes are amply sized and your items are well-protected.

Returns

The packages may be shipped from several warehouses in the list of states above. If the article does not respond to your needs, you are free to return it to the sender stated in the package / shipment within 7 days from the date of delivery. Once the item is received and checked by our staff, you will be issued a refund immediately or on your credit card or on your Paypal account, minus the shipping charges incurred by us.
